PURCHASING COORDINATOR
About Suede Studio
Suede Studio is a full-service interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects, with studios in Bozeman, Montana and Ketchum, Idaho. Led by Principal Jennifer Hoey, NCIDQ, our team has spent more than 20 years creating luxury, turnkey homes throughout the Mountain West—Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado—and for clients across the country. Named a Mountain Living Top Designer every year since 2019, we deliver thoughtful, highly detailed interiors on budget and on schedule—and we believe the process of designing a home should be fun and exciting for everyone involved.
The Role
We’re seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Bozeman studio and serve as the operational backbone of our procurement process. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you’ll own the flow of proposals, purchase orders, and deliveries from selection through installation — coordinating with project managers, designers, vendors, and receiving warehouses to keep every order accurate, on budget, and on schedule. This is a detail-driven, systems-oriented role for someone who thrives on organization and follow-through. No interior design background is required — if you’re exceptionally organized, process-minded, and energized by keeping complex projects running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Who You Are
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented—you track the small things that keep big projects on schedule and on budget.
A systems thinker who loves processes, checklists, and getting the details exactly right.
A clear, proactive communicator who builds trust with project managers, designers, vendors, and warehouses alike.
Calm under pressure and resourceful—you anticipate problems, follow up relentlessly, and see issues through to resolution.
Why Suede Studio
